
Front Office Specialist
Position Description:
The Overwatch Imaging Front Office Specialist will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties, including managing the front office reception. Working in collaboration with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, this versatile and enthusiastic team player will support the office needs with shipping needs, special projects and miscellaneous tasks to keep Overwatch Imaging operating at peak efficiency.

Overwatch Imaging makes customized imaging payloads designed for mission-critical, automated remote sensing roles. Our products allow tactical UAS and general aviation aircraft to automatically detect small targets, collect precision survey maps, conduct autonomous search, and provide real-time image-based intelligence to users. Overwatch Imaging payloads feature autonomously gimballed cameras combined with onboard image processing and AI software, which we leverage to reduce operator workload, accelerate data processing workflows, and identify hard-to-find small signals from large datasets.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
The ideal candidate will be strong in many of the following areas:
Support the Marketing, Business Development, Programs, Engineering and Production with administrative duties.
Ability to work closely and support the Program Managers team with invoicing, shipping, and customer services activities
Preparing the office space for guests and customers
Takes office calls and directs messages to team members
Maintains and stocks basic office supplies and snacks
Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers and phone systemÂ
Running errands locally for business needs
Miscellaneous special projectsÂ
Experience and Education:
Experience in small business administration
Experience communicating with business leaders and clients
4+ years of relevant work experience

Technical Competence:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and lead special projects and initiatives as assigned

Location:
This position is based in Hood River, Oregon, and requires occasional business travel and work in and around light aircraft. All applicants must be authorized to work on a permanent basis in the United States.
