PT Smart Sensors
Wide-Area Search, Detection and ISR.
PT Series Overview
PT-Series Smart Sensors are purpose-built for wide-area search, detection, and ISR, enabling rapid geolocation of small objects of interest across large land and maritime environments. PT sensors autonomously execute scan, detect, and cue workflows, generating georeferenced intelligence and alerting operators or networked systems with actionable target coordinates.

PT-8 Smart Sensor
Wide-Area Day/Night Search
The PT-8 Smart Sensor is a versatile day-night imaging system optimized for automated, wide-area search, object detection, and sensor-to-sensor collaboration. Dual RGB sensors of different focal lengths provide detection and interrogation of objects of interest, and are supported by HD LWIR for thermal-based imaging. Forward-looking RGB and LWIR video cameras provide additional situational awareness for operators and uncrewed systems.
Missions for PT-8:
-
Day/night wide-area maritime search, detection and domain awareness; multi-sensor teaming via CoT messaging, AIS Signal Verification, hot/cold object detection
Key Specs:
-
Size: 20 x 31 cm
-
Weight: 7 kg
-
Avg. Power: 80 w
-
Cameras: RGB 2x, LWIR (HD)
-
Forward video: RGB, LWIR

Modern threats are outpacing human-operated ISR capabilities. They are smaller, faster, harder to detect, and carry higher operational risk. At the same time, crews and operators are overtasked, understaffed, and limited by human scanning speed and fatigue.
Sensor autonomy is no longer optional, it’s essential for addressing today’s evolving threat landscape at operational scale.
PT Smart Sensor Capabilities
Collaborative Multi-Mission Autonomy

Maritime Domain Awareness
Detect, classify, and track vessels over large areas autonomously, deliver real-time geolocated intelligence while reducing operator workload.

Rapid Mapping
Automatically generate accurate, wide-area maps in real time to support faster assessment, planning, and response.

AI-Powered Detection
Sensor cross-cueing using CoT messaging to share detection location data in real time and rapidly focus collaborative assets on target detections.
