Capt. (RET) Dennis Monagle joins Overwatch as Strategic Consultant

Overwatch Imaging is pleased to welcome Capt. (Retired) Dennis Monagle to the team as a Strategic Consultant. Monagle is a defense and emerging technology advisor and CEO of Ash Bishop David Consultants LLC, where he supports companies operating at the forefront of national security innovation.

A retired US Navy officer with 28 years of service, Monagle brings deep defense experience and leadership, including command at sea and oversight of multi-billion-dollar software and uncrewed systems portfolios. His background in program management, acquisition strategy, and government partnerships will be a critical resource as Overwatch Imaging accelerates the growth and adoption of mission-ready sensor autonomy across defense and government agencies.
